We help our clients be postal compliant. Current postal proposals are for the elimination of Merlin for acceptance and verifications. According to these proposals, all mail will be verified during postal processing with uniqueness, sortation, nesting, and NCOA errors recorded and billed through the document submitter's score card.

Mistakes made on one mailing may cause additional charges on all mailings presented over a thirty day period. These charges will be assessed to the mail service provider, not the customer or permit holder.
